How you can engage us
Interim role
We step in as data product owner, data governance lead or BI application owner. Hands-on, inside your team, for a defined period.
Assessment
A short, fixed-scope review of your governance, data products or BI landscape, ending with concrete findings and a prioritised roadmap.
Project delivery
We deliver a defined outcome, such as a Collibra domain in production, a data product or a reporting solution, with a senior team from our freelance network when needed.
Coaching and training
We coach data stewards, product owners and report builders so your organisation can continue without us.
How we work
- Intro call of 30 minutes. We listen for the question behind the question and tell you honestly whether we can help.
- Assessment. We look at people, organisation, processes, information and technology (the POPIT model), so the solution addresses the cause, not the symptom.
- Deliver and hand over. We take the role you need, whether product owner, governance lead or BI application owner, and hand over to your team with documentation and coaching.
