A 30-minute call with one of our senior consultants about your experience and the projects you want.

Matching project
When a project fits, we discuss the client, the role, the rate and the conditions with you before we propose you.

Start and get paid
You contract with ThinkEOS BV, invoice monthly and are paid within 30 days. We stay your contact during the whole project.
What we expect
- Seniority. You have done the role before, hands-on, in organisations of some size.
- Independent status. You work as a freelancer with a Belgian or EU VAT number, as a sole trader or through your own company.
- Languages. English, plus Dutch or French. Many projects ask for two of the three.
- Presence in Belgium. Most projects are hybrid with two or three days on site.
- Reliability. You finish what you start and tell us early when something goes wrong.

How does the ThinkEOS talent pool work?
Leave your email. We contact you when a project matches your expertise. You can add your CV right away or later. We always discuss a project with you before we propose you to a client.
Is this a specific vacancy?
No. ThinkEOS staffs projects for these profiles throughout the year. By joining the pool you are first in line when a matching project opens.
Do I sign a contract with ThinkEOS or with the client?
With ThinkEOS BV. We have the contract with the client and a subcontracting agreement with you, so you invoice ThinkEOS.
How is the day rate set?
We agree it with you per project. Before we propose you, you know the rate we offer the client and the fee ThinkEOS keeps.
When do I get paid?
Within 30 days of your invoice, also when the client pays us later.
Do I need my own company?
You need to work as an independent professional with a VAT number. That can be as a sole trader or through your own company.
What happens with my data and CV?
We use your details only to match you with projects and to contact you about them. You can ask us to update or delete them at any time via contact@thinkeos.com.
