A senior data consultancy from Belgium
ThinkEOS BV helps organisations turn data into something they can trust and build on. We work with a team of senior freelance consultants who have spent their careers inside large organisations as consultants, architects, application owners and product owners.
Who we are
Our roots are in enterprise business intelligence. Since 2008 our consultants have built and run SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau and Power BI solutions for companies such as ArcelorMittal, Ontex, Tessenderlo Group, DSM and Agfa, often as BI application owner inside the client’s own team.
Over the years our work moved closer to the questions behind the reports: who owns the data, which definitions apply, and how data work is prioritised. Today ThinkEOS focuses on data governance, data stewardship and Collibra, data products and the product operating model, and preparing data for AI. Our SAP and Microsoft BI expertise remains part of what we offer.
How we work
- Senior people only. Every engagement is led by a senior consultant. No junior pyramid and no hand-offs to people you never met.
- A team that scales with the work. When a project needs more capacity or a specific specialism, we bring in consultants from our team of senior freelancers. You meet them before they start.
- Inside your organisation. We often take a role in your team, such as product owner, governance lead or BI application owner, and hand over with documentation and coaching.
- Business and technology together. We use structured business analysis, including the POPIT model, so that changes land in the organisation and not only in the system.
